Riki Reinfeld is an award-winning Director of Photography. He spent most of his life in Taranaki, now currently based in Piha, Auckland, Aotearoa/New Zealand.
With 20 years of experience, Riki has worked as a camera operator and cinematographer on a wide variety of projects including feature films, shorts, documentaries, promos, and creative content. He is passionate about storytelling through an indigenous lens, drawing inspiration from his own Māori culture, which gives him a unique perspective on storytelling. Riki thrives in collaborative environments, enjoying the process of creating beautiful imagery that enhances any project he collaborates on.
Winning a New Zealand Cinematographers Society Guild Award in 2020 was a significant achievement for him, "It's an honor to have my work recognized by our Cinematography community."
